My 2012 EGC had a new 10" Klock Werks re-curve on it when I bought it, and I hated it. That re-curve made everything look distorted and made it hard to focus.
I ordered a 8" LRS smoked (Ultra I think) i'm 6' and I love it. I can see over it and I still get wind protection. The best fairing windshield I have ever had.... I mean the Klock Werks one was the best one ever... you should buy it from me
I know you asked about 10" but here is a picture of my 8" windshield anyway, just in case

Question, I'm only 5'4" and have a 7" Ultra LRS for around town my 09 Street Glide. I want something taller to block more wind. Can you look through them or is there too much distortion?

10 inch shield. Ultra dark tint. 6ft 1inch height. Just bought the more expensive one. Ultra elite 12" 70% off . Have not installed yet. 10 inch shield no buffering. But just to be clear. I have lowers, and a triple tree wind deflector. So as they say on TV. " Results may vary" lol

My LRS is fine to look through, the Klock Werks however had to much of a curve at the top that made things look distorted. Although I prefer to be able to look over my windshields.

RK - I've sold my Road King and have 2 Clear Recurve LRS's for sale in the classifieds. $40 each. I've got a 16" and an 18" - both were on for less than a month each and are as new. Or they're running a great sale if you go direct.

I think we might be talking different bikes though. If you have an 8 inch windshield it must be on a batwing. I've got a RKC.

I ordered Freedom Shields yesterday, a 5" dark gray & 7" light gray. Love the look of the low, dark windscreens. Im 5'5" with a Hammock seat, the 7" should be perfect for functionality assuming I measured correctly.
