Default Second plug off the tbw cable

the cable anyone know what this is for? Can't seem to find where it plugs in. The one I the left.

I believe it's suppose to plug into another connector from the left side for heated hand grips.

I agree with GalvTexGuy, for the heated grips. Mine was connected to nothing. Since I ran my wires internally, I could not get this particular connector to go through my bars along with the other wiring. I removed it and taped up the wires and then was able to get my wiring for the R/side through the bars. After removing and finishing the install, I have had no issues with the throttle grip sensor.

Thanks. Couldn't remember after I pulled them if there was something it was connected too and no open port served to fit.

Thumbs up throttle wire connections

Great reply and details. Ran into same question after intalling new bars. Suggestion tip the unused connector down and wire tie to keep mosture from corroding contacts should you want hot hands in future.

I would check to make sure both grips are heating up when on. I put new bars on my 17 Ultra and from memory I thought that small connector joined the left and right heated grips.
