Any sound clips with that set up? Also can you expound on the reason for replacing the 447 cam? Complete newb here and expecting to go this route next spring and want to know more about which cams to look at for better sound and lope at idle.
Sound never comes through on computers, and Im tired of messing with uploads. Im doing it to gain more efficiency, and move the torque band further left.
As to sound, the only way to imitate a Shovelhead is to buy a Shovel. Which, if I had the cheddar, I would RUN, not walk, to do.

Well I didnt mention wanting my bike to sound like a shovelhead...never gonna happen. If I can get it close to the twins or evos, thats fine. Completely different motor, but still some better sound is in there without giving up performance.
Thank you very much for sharing some screen shots, looks like most of the engine sensors should be available...hopefully, the road Kings have an ambient temperature sensor on the left head neck frame just behind the head light nacelle like the Limited. Never saw the need for a ambient temp sensor on two wheels - we pretty much know whether were hot or cold, after all. Practically speaking the IAT is of more use, particularly if it fails. GM vehicles in earlier years would default to minus forty; not good for a hot soak restart
Im waiting for someone aftermarket to come up with a analog oil pressure gauge for handlebar mounting. The FLHRs dont have much stock.
^The only reason I think the RK & RKS may have an ambient temp sensor is for EITMS to work, it has to know what is current air temp...unless it uses the IAT for that same function.
