Will have had mine a year In a few weeks. Going to hopefully paint before then. Harley has a nice black but shows every swirl so I always paint my bikes. Looks much different than it did upon pickup.

Hey man, I really like those bags you got. Im curious about what your tail light setup looks like?
Ha yeh I have a fork bag I made from a tactical pouch to carry my phones and what not. I put the bags on for a day trip or carrying my luunch and gym clothes. The longer shocks are a must if yuou ride aggressive plus the extra travel helps provide a smoother ride. I've even scraped my exhaust and grouhnd the pegs with these 13.5 shocks but I've tried to calm down a little.
Hey guys. Just got my 17 a couple weeks ago. Had a few dynas before this one. Headed to dealership Saturday to talk to them about exhaust and tuner and such. Also need to find mirrors that I can see behind me with or get higher bars. I had apes on my last few bikes but want to keep this bike more aggressive. Thinking Bassani exhaust. Never tried 2-1s. Really liked my V&H big radius on my wide glide but it sounds like Bassani is way better performance wise. not sure on tuner. Also need a side plate holder that stays folded in before I rack up tickets. Anybody like highway pegs? I always had forward controls before this and am thinking of trying pegs for longer rides. Love the forum and all the great info. First time ever actually Joining one. Any suggestions on tuners or exhausts would be appreciated. Mirrors too. Thanks
that looks clean! I did one of these but I know Im gonna need more, I also need to get longer shocks.
I put ODC 13.5 piggybacks on mine. As far as rear lights, I used a Great Bike Gear plate relocation kit. With that, I added Custom Dynamics all in one light plate that has run/turn/stop. I also used Alloy Art strut lights that are run/stop.
The Pro Street Breakout has black brake caliper inserts. I ordered three for my FXDLS and they really look nice. (41300187)
The stock foot pegs are long and hang low. I was scraping them all of the time. VRod pegs sit a bit higher and are shorter. Plus, they are cheaper and look better. (33134-07CAZ & 33135-07CAZ)
