It seems my ride picked up the dreaded vibration. It rattle my boots on the pegs pretty good between 2200 and 2500 rpm. I'm guessing my mounts may need to be re torqued. I'd appreciate any insights you guys can offer. Thanks!

Fixed that for you
The OEM isolators are not exactly optimal. The front can fail easily due to poor vehicle/engine alignment, and oil contamination from oil filter removals will degrade the rubber isolator.
Are you experiencing any decel shuddering? First step is to inspect the isolators; if the front isolator is contacting the engine bracket that would explain your added vibrations. If your front is distorted or oil contaminated it should be replaced. HD did release a service bulletin on Dyna vibrations but their 'fix' is just a bandaid.
The only 'real' permanent fix is to consider the Predator, Sputhe, or TrueTrack engine mounts. Once installed, and the bike properly aligned you'd be quite surprised how civilized and well handling these bikes can be.
This is the service bulletin. Check out your front isolator and determine if it's starting to distort, from there we can offer up suggestions...

Thank you sir! For now, would that be something covered under warranty?
Probably, if one or both is torn up. You didn't give any info on your bike.
You can usually tell just by inspecting the front mount if it's good or not.
Went through the service bulletin list for vibration issues on my 15 Fat Bob which was so bad that I couldn't keep my right foot on the peg nor see in the mirrors at any speed. Did get the vibrations down some but still very bad.
Finally solved the issue. Traded for a smooth as silk 18 Fat Bob S. A Fat Bob is a Fat Bob no matter where the shocks are located or how many.
