Just picked this (new to me) bike up from dealer, trailered it 130 miles home after a brief ride. Has 500 miles on it and after getting home I took it for a 20 minute ride, oil was dripping from AC. Pulled the cover and it looks like it's got moisture/condensation foaming out of the breather vents. Checked the oil level and it is about half way on the fill/full indicator.
Suggestions?
Clean as best as you can, drain the oil and run some fresh oil in it for a couple of hundred miles repeat. Read the owners manual real close for correct amount, don't forget the oil filter. That looks like some serious condensation from short test rides or parking lot start ups at the dealership. That oil needs to be replaced/flushed. When have your oil in go for a long ride, about an hour till the bike is good and hot. I'd send that pic to the dealer you bought it from. Good luck.
Thanks guys. I am going to change oil and filter even though they claimed to have done a full service. I guess the condensation would be at the top and explains why it foamed out the vents, but it was oil that dripped or puked all over the engine, pipes and made a nice mess. I assume it hasn't been ridden since the Original Owner bought it last year and traded it in with under 500 miles on it. Love the ride, and it has lots of power! I sent pics and suggested they send me the oil and filter, crickets.
Route those breathers to ground and plug the backing plate holes.
Is there a thread I might find more info on how to do what you suggest? Newbie to the Dyna/TC. My M8 dripped a little but I attributed that to overfilling buy dealer. Different dealer than this go around.
They make a chrome tube with banjo fittings to pick up the oil and run it to the ground. Mine doesn't leak unless I put a little too much oil in at a change then stops when is is right.

DK customs has a few different breather options.
while the performance aspect of venting your crank case breathers to the atmosphere versus back into your intake is negligible, your engine will thank you. Best to do it while your engine is young! Keeping all the carbon and oily goo from forming on your pistons and intake tract by getting the crank case vents out of the intake is only good.
