Erasing the code will not fix the problem. You need to explain what happened.
  • Enter Diagnostic Mode: Press and hold the Odometer Reset Button (located on the left side of your fuel tank console). While holding the button, turn the ignition switch to the IGNITION position.
  • Wait for "DIAG": Continue holding the button until the odometer screen displays "DIAG" and the speedometer needle sweeps across the gauge. Once "DIAG" appears, release the button.
  • Cycle Through Modules: Press and release the reset button to cycle through the different computer modules. The display will show the following letter codes:
    • P = ECM (Engine Control Module)
    • B = BCM (Body Control Module)
    • SP = Speedometer
    • T = Tachometer
    • U = COM (Communications)
    • ABS = Anti-lock Braking System
  • View Codes: When a module flashes a "Y" (Yes), it means there are active or historical trouble codes stored. To read the exact code, navigate to that module and press and hold the reset button.
  • Scroll: Press and release the button again to scroll through multiple codes or reach the end of the list. Once all codes have been viewed, it will display "END".
  • Clear Codes: If you want to clear a code, navigate to the specific code, press and hold the reset button until "CLEAR" appears, and hold it once more.

Codes will clear on their own, after the problem is gone. You have to ride maybe 50 miles similar to a car

P1511 EFI Power Management Mode

Check your connections if you unplugged anything when changing the battery (ECM connections?).

NOTE:
The above information, while credible, is worth what you paid for it and should not be considered gospel.
Do due diligence, research and have a H-D Field Service Manual before working on your bike.
You will probably have many opinions and suggestions presented; make sure you research the person providing the helpful information as there are some who provide good information that is useful and some who speak out of other orifices with gibberish. You will figure out this quickly.
