Big Shots Staggered "baffle cutting "
Just wondering the guys that are running the Big Shots Staggered, has anyone cut the baffles in half?
If so what kind of results did you notice? any louder, I assume they would be? lose or gain of power.

I just got the Thunder monster baffles and put them in this winter. Took the bike out for a ride the other day finally and love them. Great sound and a little more mid range performance. A little pricey, but hey what isnt now adays...

i have the same pipes as u,but with the power chamber in them. i also have the big city thunders. it sounds awesome. i had the bike dyno tuned with this set-up and crane ignition. it pulled 73.82 h/p and 79.34 torq. here are some clips. the clip of it in the garage are my old pipes. all the clips of it outside are the V&H bigshots. if u want my V&H baffles let me know. they have never been used. i got the pipes and BCT at the same time.

the thunder bolt just looks like an eye hook. you would not think it would restrict any flow for sound. but it does.

oh i see what u mean. not to mention,that design is about a million years old. oldtimers have been doing it for years.BCT, just decided to market it and flow test it for possition in the pipes.and i wouldn't buy or make any other design.it sound awesome compared to standard baffles. i also had them on my 03 dyna before it was rudly stollen.
