Strange, When I release air my bike raises.

 

Not strange, when you release air the opposite tank, it lowers. Or when there's no air in either tank, and you jack the bike off the ground like Dan said he did, the swing arm will freely move either way. So the release valve sounds to be releasing air from both tanks

That isn’t true in the slightest they don’t stand behind their product if you bought the Harley used with the shotgun air already installed. You have to be the original person who purchased the air ride. They treated me like a red headed step child and it didn’t take much to blow the whole damn shock by the way I don’t recommend the product especially with the feisty female that treats you like a child if you’re trying to explain what happened
