I have a 2006 Softail with the 95" kit installed from the factory. Bike runs perfect and I don't want to mess up how well it is dialed in and running. I'm NOT familiar with EFI bikes at all...this is my first EFI Harley. In the old days I'd just fiddle with the jetting and fuel/air mixtures and set it up myself, but I know it's not that easy anymore...dang technology.
Question is, can I expect to replace the current aftermarket pipes with another set of aftermarket pipes and all will be fine. I was hoping since it's already got upgraded exhaust pipes on it, that swapping out to another set of free flowing pipes wouldn't cause a problem, but wanted to check first.

In theory all should be fine. Even if you went from stock pipes to slip on pipes. Change the breather and it's another matter. If the bike has an after-market breather and it's running fine now - Good chance all will be fine after the newer pipes....maybe
Like was said, with the 95" kit I assume you already have an aftermarket breather and exhaust so just switching exhausts won't effect it too much. I changed my short shots out for a 2-1 D&D Low Cat and didn't run into any problems. Had it dynotuned anyhow just to dial it in and get rid of a little low rpm lag. I couldn't have just left it but wanted it done.
