Not a heritage but close enough, sorry pic didn't load. Its the HD right hand tool box. I believe it says it doesn't fit but it does. I think its because of the stock exhaust.

The toolbox mounts to the toolbox bracket and the bracket bolts to the fender rail bolts and the foot peg bolt. It should mount to two fender rail bolts but on mine, the spacing of the bolts on the bracket didn't match spacing on the fender rail. So I mounted it to one fender rail bolt and the footboard / foot peg bolt. It is still solid. The bracket should mount underneath the fender rail but when I did that it put the toolbox at odd angle so I mounted it as shown. You can't really tell at any distance because it is chrome on chrome and when standing, the seat hides that part of the fender rail.
