Can´t wait to remove them!! Tomorrow i will get on with it! i hope they are not stuck!!
You can´t have an engine like this with a smooth and soft sound.... My big girl needs big voice no?

I will look in to the mapping thing. I don´t know, i have a Screemin Eagle Air Filter, Screemin Eagle Tuner and Vance & Hines Mufflers so it should be pretty standard for an HD no?

I don't know anything about the SE Street tuner,
I know the SERT or its replacement the newer SEpST if you remove all the backpressure after a tune up, such as removing the baffles you would need to re-tune it to optimize the performance of you engine...

Most common issue of running without any baffles is a loss of TQ in the lower RPM range. while you may get an increase of HP at high RPM's

BCT or https://www.bigcitythunder.com/ has baffles that will perform well and give you the sound your wanting without re-tuning...

OR

This is sometimes used to get the sound you want while still providing some back pressure so you won't have to Re-tune you engine...

Hopes this helps you;;
