Just the two brackets themselves are approx $240. I used Harley stuff with Joker Boards, shift peg, and brake pad.

This means I'm doing it right. I am not into the stock Breakout style.

Thanks for the info on the brackets and $$.
Yeah, I had that happen to me. "What is that, a new Honda?" I couldn't get past that and combined with my 2-up dilemma ditched it a little while after that. The BO has a style all its own, thus the model name, but to be confused with a Honda was just embarrassing.
Oh yeah, keep up the good work, and don't fall off while stunting.

*disappointed head nod*
I had a similar comment one time..."What is that? It definitely isn't a Harley."
Some people's kids, I tell ya.
Great move, always thought why Harley never did it from the first place, anywho, is the the entire list of parts you need to get in order to install the boards?

You just need the brackets, boards, and brake arm/pedal. The rest will fit and the bolts are the same. I bought new everything (bolts, etc) because I didn't know for sure.
Also, you may want a different kick stand. It is a little difficult to get to when it is up. But I would throw the boards on, then decide.

$300 for what, just the brackets? Are they Joker's or did you get a set of stock HD's or what? That's pretty pricey, esp after you add in the boards and controls. I just took a set off of my Fat Boy that I was going to hold onto for awhile but for anywhere near 300 clams I will sell to anyone considering doing this mod.
I sold my stockers for a lot less than that. You can get them on ebay for much less than new if you don't need new.
24V I like the boards. Once I got a bike with boards I don't care to go back to pegs.
