I need a Heritage style Springer light bar that accommodates the vintage style horn(has bracket in middle)....... OR I could use just the bracket from the HD Classic horn kit.....
Note- this does NOT mean the "tab'" that comes on the horn itself.....this is a horse shoe shaped collar bracket that bolts to the springer shock....
part # 69151-97
If anyone has one for sale let me know

So are you asking if someone has one to sell to ya or are you asking for help on what you need such as parts etc?
The below parts are from a Heritage Springer. I have added all these parts to a Springer Classic (05-07) without any special modification. Suspect they would bolt right onto a Crossbones as well.
These parts should get you well on your way. The horn assembly is no longer available as a new part. If you want the horn that attaches to this light bar, you'll need to look for a used one.
More details can be found in the Springer Classic build I did, linked in my signature.
Thx RedBeard!!
Question....you listed "clamp block x2"?? If this is the bracket why do I need 2??
The passing lamp housings sit on the passing lamp bar, and that area is rounded, much like a ball & socket joint. This allows the passing lamps to be adjusted for height and side to side.
The clamp blocks are installed on the passing lamp threaded studs, after the lamp housing has been installed on the bar. Then, the passing lamp nuts are put on to secure it all together. Essentially, the clamp blocks provide a nice flat area for the nut to secure against, while still providing a rounded area for everything to adjust nicely.
Have a look at this diagram. It should help to show what I'm trying to explain!
