Well I aligned the sprockets, cut out done wheel spacers. Made the mistake of assuming the chain was going to clear everything, but found out after the chain hits on the tyre so I had to take the wheel and sprocket to a machine shop to have a carrier made to space the sprocket out. I'll have to cut some new axle spacers which is no big deal.
I was originally going to run these fender struts off the tab you see weldded on the swing arm above the axle, but now I'm thinking further up the arm as you can see in the pic below. To me it flows better with the fender

Ok so you are moving the rear sprocket out but will it still align with the front sprocket? The placement of the fender looks good to me also.
