Thanks everyone, it's nice to read the appreciation on here after a couple days of what seamed like nothing was going right and questioning what the **** am I doing lol.
I've been taking my sweet time as more important things in life have taken priority, but I've also been putting more time into cleaning everything up nicely and trying to do everything myself that wasn't originally planned like painting etc. hopefully inspire some of you guys to try new things and push limits
Alain for now I am. Id like to change it later but I do think these horseshoe tanks are a great looking still. I've stripped the wrinkle off it and painting it

Finished the rear fender struts and mounted up the indicators, these can be moved to the struts if I get the book thrown at me for them being too low and not seen at 45 on the other side. I like this position as it hides them better, more so the ugly rear mount with the wires aren't as in your face when on the bottom rail. Side on I tried to make the mount flow with the top arm...not sure if it's that noticeable but I thought it might count
Once again pretty happy how the VHT high temp wrinkle black turned out...be sure not to use the misses $300 hair dryer as in my case I broke it lol
You welded that little tan on the swing arm right? That's a great place to put them.
If you're forced to put the turn signals on the fender struts it might not look so bad. I would mount them as close to the bottom of the strut as possible and run the wires behind the swing arm.
Glad to see your making progress dude. The wait is unbearable lolol
Yeah welded them on. Just got to put a couple tabs on the inside of the swing arm on the other side for the brake line and then drop it all off to the powder coaters tomorrow.
