Branner that does look good but if you viewed that fender from behind beside mine on the 230 you'd see that exile bike will look a lot fatter in the **** end due to the fender wrapping around the side. I did my best to make that fat tyre work with that tin tank with trimming the fender back, as you can see in the rear of my bike pic my fender is actually exactly the width of the tyre where the exiles bike fender entente past an inch on either side. The **** then would of been wider the the fuel tank which I think would of killed it. They're a nice fender but they just need a bigger tank like the ones exile use imo

Stal94gt haha yeah I know it's not the nearest look for the plate position but cops pull anyone over in an instant if number plates are vertical or not at the back of the bike to be seen from 45 degrees and which way. Where it is now is on the very border line of that rule to be seen properly 45 from the right hand side. This bike has a lot of things I'll get nailed for, so if you want to have a chance at getting away with other illegal mods, the smart thing to do here is to at least keep the plate where it keeps them happy and not giving them reason to pull you over. tje only other option was a hideous mount off the fender that has the plate standing up right, I tried that and it looks a hundred times worse. The only way I could possibly make it look a little tidier is to extend it longer and have the plate go behind the tyre, I made one like this on a street bob I done, but I'm not sure it'll be much of an improvement.
I do have a nice neat little black LED brake light coming from tail end customs. Also changing the number plate to black background with white lettering, hoping it'll help tone it down a little more

This is what I could do but I don't know if it's worth the trouble? It tucks half way across the tyre but I could make it tuck even more in across the tyre so it does provide out. I do this the white plates make it even worse, the new black plate will tone it down some. We in Australia get away with about 1/4 of the things you guys in the states get away with. The laws here for modifications pretty much are set that the bikes nearly need to remain stock

Ink, your fender looks better than that other one that was posted. So does your license plate solution. Keep it up.

Thanks NSR. Still yet to get a rolled edge around it, which I think will be the icing on the cake and make it look more "finished" rather then chopped, which will work with tank better I feel.

While I still don't see it as a show bike, the local Harley shop here is having a show and shine day end of next month which id like to make it down to with it near on finished off, just to get my work out there. Though I got a fair amount of work to get done to have it ready. Pretty much I need to strip the tank to weld in a couple of bungs for **** I'll share with you guys soon, finish the rear fender and paint it all again. I got a Rivera Primo variable pressure plate clutch to put on, have the new SE manifold port polished and port matched, the 58mm TB I need to design and have my machinest cut out a new velocity stack from billet, along with putting together a very neat little catch can setup. The new tailight I'll need to make a new bracket for it too. Hillbilly sold me his old exile 4" light so I'm going to play around with that with some custom brackets to keep it in tight. I've always wondered if a small headlight on that thin front end would work better so I'm going to have a look and see which I like best.

Lastly, I'm building my own foot controls for it from scratch. While I'd like mid controls, after riding it how low it is they would scrap seriously bad. Plus with the seating position virtually on the frame now, it's have me bent like an ironing board. So I'm going to stick with keeping them as forwards. I just want something no one else is running, and something less bulky then what I got. Oh yeah and they look too wide for the now thinned down bike. And that honestly will be the end of it, I'm really excited about the other build I got going and want to focus on it after that
