Hey fellas been getting flooded with work and bike builds lately so it's been hard to get much done on my own, but I haven't forgotten about you all who sat watching this space all this time! So much changes on the train to fix a number of issues that showed its head. But I'll just show a few of the main changes.


First the new intake we designed to suit the SE 58mm TB. Not finished yet but this pic was the back plate fresh out of the cnc machine, yet to be cleaned up. I through on the figure machine tube to see how it all looks but we will have our own tube made for this one when I get time. There aren't many great options for the 58 so that's why I decided to make our own. I have a mini catch a band will be running the same blue and red aeroflow fittings and braided line to it from the breathers for that race look I'm going for with this one. Also I pulled the heads back off and port matched them with the new larger manifold runners. I also gave the SE manifold a port and polish while I was at it.


Thanks to Josh at Tailend customs who made the new LED brake light, and with that we modded our bracket tidbit and changed the number plate to white on black and used LED bolt lights to illuminate the plate nicely


I know the Rivera primo pro clutch and upgraded silver spring (painted black) was plenty enough, but I added the variable pressure plate for good measure. You might also notice I changed all the bolts on the motor from black to stainless. Can't really see it but there's also an aluminium bracket made up for the over flow and drain aeroflow lines running from the tank to the bottom of the chassis in behind the primary.


Lastly a sneak peak of the new race inspired style paint. Inspired from the 70's-80's muscle race cars, I think this new paint kicks **** and suits the theme perfectly. Still yet to modify the fuel cap to for an MX style breather to be inserted into it. As stated before these tanks use to breathe in and out through the cap, poor idea as fuel just spills out and the tank is not sealed when sitting and the fuel goes stale in less then a week. Problem fixed now. Hard to see but we put the same lump that's down the center of the tank, into the rear fender down the center but only half the fender long so it matches with the tank and looks far better, like they're an item instead of a mis match



Hopefully have it running again this weekend or just after

Right on man. Nothin wrong with change man, the new paint is bad ***. While I'm at it...what size chain did you use? I don't remember the pitch or anything on mine and we have the same setup.
