Passenger Footpeg bolt ?

Replacing my big clunky passenger floorboards with some miniboards that mount into peg supports. I just assumed the old bolts would work, but since now they have to pass through the peg supports instead of the flat floorboard brackets they come up a little short. I ordered the harley bolts, but I think they might be on backorder. Went to the hardware store and bought some 3/8-16 cap bolts but the heads wont fit through the peg mounts.

Any idea on what lenght/bolt head would work?

you stated the original bolts fit but were a little short..... why don't you take one with you to the hardware store and find one with the same size head but longer?

Take the new mount to the hardware store and get the ones that will fit. My HD ones were torx or allen head.

I'm going to take the support to the hardware store, but their grade 8 bolt selection is slim pickin. I thought maybe someone had ordered some from an online source and could point me in the right direction.
