Well there you have it. The weather is fouling up everything. I try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt when it comes to communication when I can't see them face to face.
I have bought from a few and they offered a 10% discount so I'm sure most do or as said above with the free shipping probably was about the same. Just have to check with them, never hurts to ask.
