Off to my buddies house to install the Vance and hines true duels in about an hour. Fishtails are on back order about another week. Going to install the quite baffles I have the Harley map for the 95 kit installed now along with the stage one I am hoping to be running good without having to purchase a race tuner. Will post up date probably tomorrow when i can get some riding time in supposed to be in the seventies
Hah, gona look wicked on that deluxe... such flare
serious!! know someone whos getting the true duals and fish mouths for his new Deluxe which is tricked out with tons of the skull head stuff hes in our local HOG chapter, been a long time member too... heh im just a noob there still (2 months so far..but owned harleys since 00)
Just did the same install on my '07. Quiet baffles took the harsh edge off. Only problem I had with the install was near the passger footboards that I installed and that bracket interferred with the V&H bracket. All fixed...looks great....sounds great.
Install finished no need to remap or dyno runs terrific looks great opened up my back wheel support brackets are removed and the ones that come with the pipes moves them absolutely great pictures will be posted tonight
Just picked up my '07 Deluxe yesterday after installing the True Duals (fishtails on backorder[:@]). Although I lost a bit of horsepower (about 2.5), I think overall performance is a bit better.
No need for the quiet baffles here. I think the sound is perfect (not annoying).
