couple wiring questions 2005 springer classic
been checking ebay off and on for a shop manual. i've seen cd's and downloads, but i'd like an actual book. are they available? are they very costly where going ahead and buying a cd/download might be better?
or anyone know where i can get a good wiring diagram on it's own? one that shows connection locations and all?
the reason i need it at the moment, i'm gonna go with some handgrip turn signals (and have the marker light part be some small lights under the floorboards). i've already put them in place, but i'm trying to decide on the best place to make my new connections.
easiest would be just before they go under the tank, but i'm wondering if there a plug somewhere along the way under the tank that would be better, but i can't see, or maybe just do the splicing/wiring under the tank to have it be a bit cleaner.
basicly i'm asking if it's worth trying to take the tank off. the wiring is easier for me than the mechanics of removing the tank, and i just don't want to do it.
i will need to figure it out later 'cause i want it painted, but is there reason to need to do it now? thanks.
