There's the common suggestion which would be Heartland.
I also remember someone making what was called a "phat tail kit". I forget who made that though, might have been Performance Machine. Not sure if they still are making it.
I know Heartland makes their kit still for sure, swing arm, tranny offset plates, fenders, seat, struts. They make a great product, if you don't mind spending the dough I would go with them.
