Default Anywhere to get parts cheaper than at stealership?

My alternator rotor went out, dealers local want $190-$200+ For one. Is there anywhere to buy parts at a more reasonable price? JP Doesn't have one to fit mine.

Whats a stealership? Is that some kind of business that has overhead? I usually buy my parts from online dealers at 20% off

Thanks for the tips! I understand how overhead works, but $45 a part is crazy

I order all my parts online through New Castle HD. https://shop.newcastlehd.com/

Being overseas I am pretty much stuck ordering everything online, and their prices beat the Official HD site by a lot.

Hmmmm.... Are you sure it wasn't your stator that went out? I doubt that the rotor went out unless something else went really wrong. You can get a good one that is cheaper out of Drag Specialties... you just have to find out where their parts are sold in your area.

I sure wish one of them would ship to Canada.
Stealership parts are about twice the USD price here in Canada.
I might just take a ride up to US and have a few things put on :-)
