attention all Springer owners pre 2000

I am considereing buying a 1995 Springer. I have heard instances of vibration or buzzing in the footpegs and bars at 65 mph and above. Has anyone had, or not had this experience? I will not beable to test ride the bike. Thanks.

never experienced that before, I get a vibration in the top springs and plate at certain RPMs but that is just a minor annoyance that can be fixed with more throttle.

Mine buzzes like hell at 70mph. Just something to get use to.

I've got a 93 FXSTS. I guess you could say it's a little buzzy at 75-80, but if anything, I would attribute the buzzing to the engine revs, NOT the springer front end.

Have a 97 FXSTS and it vibrates in the bars and pegs once it hits 65 and above, Put 12.5 apes on it last year and the vibration is pretty much gone in the bars. Think it has more to do with the motor then the Front end
