Hey.. besides turning it backwards I also removed the peg and flipped the shifter, then reinstalled the peg ... so now the peg is installed on the side that is normally the inner part of the shifter.

I took my shifter lever off and tried it but it won't clear the outer primary. I don't remember how much clearance I need but it wasn't much.
The new outer primary cover is a standard Dyna cover... nothing special.. . :-)
the rear brake switch is still the original switch.. I didn't mess with the original assembly.. what I did was to reroute the hose that goes from the switch assembly all the way backwards and then behind the plate I built for the master rear brake cylinder, it was difficult.. I suggest you measure the distance from the rear brake caliper to the new rear brake cylinder and then get a new brake line (probably 2 - 3 feet)... then use an integrated banjo / brake switch.. it going to make your life a lot easier.. :-)

AND
What did you do about your rear brake light switch? From the pictures on your thread it looks like the stock brake light switch wouldn't reach the new position of the master cylinder.
And Joe, thanks for the reply. I found a banjo with integrated brake light switch made by Goodrich which I plan on using. I was curious to see what you had done with that.
I have the Dyna primary covers already, I was just trying to put off for a while having to disassemble my entire primary case to put them in lol. Looks like there's no way around it. Hahaha.
The pipes are ordered fellers. 12-13 week wait. Which means I'll be getting them towards the end of September. Hopefully won't be too cold to ride then. Or even worse, snow!!!!
