Default 200mm Rear tire install on Slim

It's raining here today so I decided to mock up my 200mm set up, trying to figure out just how much to trim the Fatboy fender, how I am going to set up the lighting and all the other details. Never noticed until today, the 200mm looks huge compared to the stock rear.

I will post more pics along the way....

Never did like the look of those cheesy plastic filler panels but they do keep road grime from building up in hard to clean places haha. I cut them with a jigsaw to clear the wider tire, will dress up a little with a sand roll on the dremel.

Stock Slim fender had a cut out for ECM, fstboy fender didnt. Decided to trim plastic ecm mount instead of cutting fender, lays flat now and fits under seat. Will drill hole and secure with plastic push pin.

Used struts from an 09 fatboy. The Slim swing arm is the same as fatboy, only need to change swing arms if you go bigger than 200mm. Used all the same spacers, belt clears, everything lined up

I got the slightly shortened fender from a forum member with intentions of bobbing it to 10 or 11 oclock. The more I look at it, kinda looks good as is. Going to rig up my stock lights and run it a while, will give me a little time to figure out my lighting. I have some 66 vette lights that might make good brake lights, couple of small amber leds on struts for turns...hmmmmm.

So a 200mm wheel +tire combo fit on your stock slim swingarm huh? I asked a few people around about putting a 200 setup on my 03 deuce which comes stock with a 160mm. Slim stock is 120?130? Some dealers I asked said it couldn't be done on mine.. Later thru some research I found that it can be done by using a 20mm drive belt. Good luck on your project
