Enjoy.

Edit... By the way.... Nice dog! Looks like you are living the dream.

Just purchased a 2016 Fat Boy S. Now I would like to add two things:
1- Slip-ons muffler (which is best between Screaming Eagle and Vance and Hines)?
2- I need a curved license plate frame I have seen on a youtube Fat Boy S (where to find)

Please help.

Thank you
LCL

Not sure about the slip ons, but there's a few choices on the curved tag mount.

I have the one from Hogrida: http://www.hogrida.com/

Custom Dynamics has one also: http://www.customdynamics.com/illumi...te_Frame_Mount

There's also one from Kuryakyn that's pretty popular.

Not sure about the license plate frame, but I just installed Vance and Hines Slip-ons on my Wifes' Fat Boy S. We looked long and hard and watched many you-tube videos. We ended up picking the Vance and Hines with the quiet baffles, these were the slip-ons for the Fat Boy S. Primary reasons:

1) I have Vance and Hines 2 into 2 full setup on my bike (really nice)
2) The Vance and Hines look really good with the little bit of Chrome that sticks out at the end of the pipe.
3) My wife hates my exhaust, she thinks it is way too loud. With the quiet baffles the pipes are about 10 decibels quieter but still give a nice low rumble and are obviously louder than stock. She loves them (sounds like a Harley).

Had them installed at the dealer, they charged me for 1 hour of labor for the install but it took them 3.5 hours to get it done. The quiet baffles are a real pain in the butt even for an experienced tech.

Forgot to mention. With the sip-ons we did not buy a tuner. Her bike has plenty of pull with the stock setup. But I did notice better performance after the slip-ons were installed. Just FYI....

Thanks for the detailed post.
I am buying the Vance and Hines as well, I am not putting a tuner! I believe and was told that the sllip-ons do not require a tuner and it is just fine. Do you have any issues with running HOT on your wife's bike? Any backfiring at all?
Thanks again,
LCL

That is what I was told also. Way cheaper without the tune. There is no issue at all with backfiring or the motor running hot. Runs great (have about 200 miles on the new slip-ons). I actually like the quiet baffles better than my stock baffles with the vance and hines 2 into 2. The quiet baffles take out the "high end note" and leaves the deep rumble. When you hit it hard it is still loud but that gives my wife control over how loud her bike is when she rides. Good luck. Ride Safe!
