Finally after a bit more than THREE years I found the bike for me.....
I went to the dealer and saw the Softail Slim S in Green color......
I couldn't resist and had to put a deposit on one........
Should be delivered between next November or December. Cant wait for the moment
Finally picked mine up last week but rain has kept me from putting anything more than 100 miles on her. Order a new K&N filter to change out the oil this week. Mustang said they could make a Wide Vintage Touring seat in distressed brown, and I want to put brown swing arm bag on her. I may still stick with a black seat. Just not 100% sure. I "De-flected" her today, and later this afternoon switched the seat bolt out for a black one. Black engine guard is coming in soon, if not already in (haven't checked my voice mail from Harley yet).
I'm agree with you SLV, this bike got something special , and I come from another slim with 103 engine, differences are many all in positive way imho.
I'm thinking on twin slash slip on, trying without tuner .... Maybe the bike goes well also without a tuner ...who knows
