2012 FLSTN fair value?

Guys,

What do you figure a 2012 FLSTN in excellent condition with low milage (~7000 mi) is worth?

I haven't had a single bite and I think maybe I'm way off on price.

Bought my 2010 2 years ago with under 1000 miles on it from a dealer and paid $14k out the door. Looked a lot and that was a great deal at the time.

Yeah I looked at kbb and edmunds; that's where I got the figure I started at. Which isn't getting any traction.

Local markets will vary. The lack of attention is telling you the price is too high. It may not seem high to you, but, for your local market it may be.
