Nice job man, you are a brave guy for making all the extensive mods to the new bike. Cant blame you for wanting the tubeless tires, do the spoke jobs really have tubes?
I could be wrong, but I think that the ones in the Slim has inner tubes.
Some laced wheels came with a special rim seal, a rim strip, and tubeless tires... I have seen those on the bigger (Touring) bikes.
I ran into the same problem in trying to install a HD sissy bar on my FLSS. The turn signal relo kit necessitated the license plate relo kit (which places the plate below the fender lip and surrounded by cheap reflectors). I told the HD people that I like the plate where it is. Stalemate. They said there is no other alternative from HD. So now I'm trying to find a non-HD license bracket that I can place near where the original one was.
I am not going to do that..
I will:
1. Move the rear docking points to the front, move the front ones to the back...
2. Grind the supports off the rack, weld the front one in the back, weld the back one in the front...I can't simply flip the rack around... HD welded the front supports facing back and that will not allow me to just install it backwards since the support also hit the lights... so those mounting plates need to come off...
3. Powder coat the rack again
and that will allow me to keep the lights and tag holder intact...
I wish I possessed such great determination and skills. Time and money is another story of course.
Alas, I happy enough to beable to do reg. maintenance and boltons.

Wow... alot of work! Are you sure you dont want to consider an axle mount?
Regarding the HD license plate relocation kit, the Street Bob has the same, or nearly the same requirement for installing detachables. On my 2013 Street Bob, nobody had an off-the-shelf product that met my needs so I designed a simple bracket and had it made at a friend's shop.
Later, GreatBikeGear came out with a design similar to mine but cleaner looking. (They already had one for the Wide Glide; that's where I got my idea.)
Anyway, they now have one for the Slim. I think this solves the problems of saving the aero stalks and not having a super ugly reflector-laden monstrosity on the fender.

FWIW, even with a clean installation, I never liked the tag at the fender. I didn't think it would, but it did take away from the aesthetic effect of a bobbed fender and it bugged me.
It was a necessary evil, but I'd much prefer a clean, tucked-in side mount. I suppose there isn't much choice for a guy that wants bags. For the sake of only a detachable rack, I'll probably seek a good side mounting option. (But I also hate the idea of hiding a wire on the swingarm to light something as silly as a license plate.)
I dont know which bags you want, but check around.
There are tons that dont require mods
I got the side/swing-arm bag. The issue is the rack that I got for the bike. Darn thing requires to change the lights to be able to fit it...and if you change the base of the lights, you need to find another solution for the tag mount.
All of that, negatively impacting the looks of the bike... I rather massacre the rack than change the looks of the lights and tag...
