You would be surprised at what 'runts', short people, can do because they learned to adjust/adapt through necessity. In more aspects of life then merely 'riding a motorcycle'.

Probably a far more common bad situation is caused by a normal, even large, sized person with no experience learning on a too big/powerful scooter. At least IMO.
