I just up sized my front wheel/tire and had to purchase a custom fender to go with. I need replacement front fender bolts that are 3/4" longer than the stock bolts (stock bolts are 1-3/4", and I need 2").
Where's the best place to find something like this?
So far, I've scoured the internet pretty well, and even went to the local Fastenal store, which usually has pretty much anything you'd want. They had the correct bolt (in black rather than chrome), but the width of the round Allen head top is oversized just enough that it doesn't slip down inside the bolt housing on the forks. Any other suggestions for sourcing these bolts?
I'd whittle these down if I had a lathe but, nerp.
