Default Black Inner Shift Lever

Need a little assistance, I'm looking simple basic black inner shift lever for a 2012 FLS. Basically a black version of the part in the photo. It is the Harley Shift Lever Part #33668-07.

All I've found is an Arlen Ness part, it's not quite right. Looking like PC is becoming the best option.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Could you just powder coat it if you are just looking for it in black?

I've been looking for the same part in black for my bike. Probably end up getting it powder coated.

Just paint it.
Clean it really well.
Sand it as good as you can.
Wipe it with alcohol.
Spray two coats of self-etching primer.
Paint it black.

Mine has 2700miles on it without a scratch.
I also painted the same part on my Dyna and put almost 20k on it.

The trick to painting chrome is the self etching primer.

I've personally powder coated many smaller parts and have had many larger parts coated at various shops. This shift lever is one of the very few parts I rattle canned on my 2013 FLS. 3000 miles later I still have no regrets.
