I know everyone has an opinion and different tastes...I have searched this to death and have come up with nothing.
Idk if its the springer that has me into the bars and risers or what but I really dig that look. Just a wild guess, those look like 4 inch risers and 10" minis? Someone help me out, show me some pics lol something. Thanks
I'm having a similar dilemma,I told my indie that I wanted to go with 10 or 12" bars and use the risers as adjustments, in case I wanted to lower them. I looked at some that had higher risers and mini apes, I don't like the look as much. Personally, I like the short risers.
A question I have is this; currently my bars are 1 1/4" and the ones I'm looking at are 1 1/2". I have a Night Train, is the extra thickness gonna look Ok on this bike? Will it be too noticeable? If anybody has pics of 1.5" bars on a NT or FXST, I'd love to see them.
Psycho Dad Thanks for the pic man. That's what I was getting at. I have 6 inch risers and Exile bars now but have been wanting to switch to apes. Saw that springer and I guess it caught my eye.
Alpha Diver I didn't come up with a pic but I have 1 1/4 also and to me that fits it very well. 1" looks flimsy and 1 1/2 looks too big BUT that's my opinion.
here is my dyna, did the DK speedo mod and used a joker machine top clamp with the indicator lights. you can also see my dyna in DK's ad for this mod. mine is 3 1/2 inch risers with 8 inch mini road6 customs bars
it's comfortable as far as my arms go, but i needed more comfort for my butt, so i bought this and am getting carlini 14 evil apes put on this weekend. will post pics when i get it home
