Can't post pic now but have fender rack and old style sissy bar
I've toured on my Softail, not a Slim though. I used my sissy bar to attach my gear, and a water pack on the top to stay hydrated. I'll try to find a pic for you.
Here is my setup, short rides I have the roll up bag and a extra for over night trips or if bring a lot with me. On long road trips I have a larger stand up bag and one roll up bag over it
I made a modular, detachable rack system for different types of trips.
First, a detachable rack that has a 13" X 16" deck. This can carry a 45 liter Seal Line bag. I use RIK straps to hold it down. I can get three or four days from that bag. More in warmer weather.
I also have a 14" X 18" X 6" Pelican case that I attach on this rack for going to work and back. No pics though.
For a much longer trip, I have a supplemental rack that can handle two 45 liter Seal Line bags (one on each side) and a 55 liter bag on top.

Are you running the Motherwell rack on the back there? Any fitment issues with it and that Mustang touring seat installed?
