Softail wobble
I just loosens fork pinch bolts and top bolt took a screw driver in there tapped it with a rubber mallet to get it to turn got mabey a quarter of a turn then tighten everything back up
Well when I mean wobble. It's the whole bike feels like it's going from side to side I can let go of the handle bars while it's doing it and it still will go straight down the road with the bike wobbling.
I did tighten head bearings and greased it. And went for a short ride with my daughter and didn't feel anything but didn't really get the bike above 55 didn't won't to spook her if it happened she just started riding this year and loves it

By the way, I wish Harley still had that feature. The folks that ride the later model bikes don't know what they're missing. It can make riding more pleasurable, particularly on the highway and it can make it handle much better in turns..

To adjust it properly requires the fall away test on my 2006 - I think it is the same for your bike. There isn't a torque value for this adjustment.
Highly recommend getting the service manual for your year/model. It will help you as you chase down other little problems, along with giving you all of the torque values and other important info.

What exactly do you mean by wobble? Front end wobble, the whole bike? While crusing, accelerating or decelerating? On mine there never was any "wobble", but it felt like it wanted to head for the ground in turns, curves and on the grooved road surfaces. In my case the forks/front end wasn't torqued properly and the forks were twisting. You have new tires and bearings so that should not the an issue. If you are hearing any clunks when you hit a bump it could be a front end issue like mine. Maybe yoke bearings..
What did you do about the "clunks when hitting a bump" I have a 2008 and it has done it since I got the bike. Had 3500 miles when I bought it, and now has 20,000. No problems with handling.
I just thought it was a rattle coming from the windshield mounts.

• Rear Wheel Alignment 0.793mm In Between Side To Side
• Tires Not Balanced
• Rim / Tire Out Of Round
• Steering Head Bearing Incorrectly Torque
• Wheel Spacers
• Wheel Bearing
• Engine Mount
• Transmission Mount
• Equal Amount Of Fluid In Both Forks
• Loose Axle Nut
• Caliper Alignment
• Neck Bearing Adjustment
• Swing Arm Pivot
• Shocks Rear Aligned Equally
• Top Of Forks Not Extending More Than 10.66mm - 12.7mm And Be Equal
• Steering Stem Nut
• Swing Arm Bushings
• Air Pressure
• Rear Wheel Alignment 0.793mm In Between Side To Side
• Tires Not Balanced
• Rim / Tire Out Of Round

If you say it's done it since you got the bike, you likely don't have a problem. You're probably hearing something else..
