Softail wobble
here's a post out of the EVO section on this. Sounds like guys in there don't trust the dealership or the fall away test. To them getting it right is a time consuming process the dealer won't do:

I tightened neck bearing
Put progressive fork springs in
Changed fork oil. One side had transmission fluid in it and other had fork oil. Changed tires. So far no more wobble
Thanks for the help

Glad you found it...I was just getting ready to post a similar issue I'm having. Just did a 500 mile round trip this last weekend and 3/4 the way to Monterey (about 250 miles in) I had to zip my jacket up a little more so I briefly took my hands off the bars around 55mph and lo and behold I had a very bad shake on deceleration. I let the bike get out of the headshake by just gripping the bars loosely and when it calmed down I just rode out of it. I got to the spot we where headed to so I had a chance to look it over I discovered my front tire had 32 psi cold (checked in the AM) its a 120/70/21 so it should have been 40-42. Rear was 35 psi cold 200/50/18 should have been 40-42 (yes I blame myself for not checking the psi before the trip). I put air in and rode about 10 miles and realized it did nothing to help..Another thing I noticed is it almost wanted to put me in another line almost like riding a ridge and the rolling off sideways hard to explain. And after 70mph..the sound resonating up from somewhere is bad too.
Lets back track about a week I had taken my bike to Harley to get the front wheel trued since it was a 1/4 inch off to the rotor side. I did take it 40-50 miles after they where done and it felt fine. Do you guys think the rotor is warped from the front tire being out of true for a while or do you think the tire is shot, bad bearings?? I never noticed the wheel being that far off until I got a fender put back on. I have looked at the list next in line posted and that is one hell of a list!!! It's going into the shop tomorrow but I just wanted to see what you brains had in mind?
BTW...
Front suspension has progressive mono tubes (lowered 2 inches)
Back is on a shotgun (head shake happens, slammed, half way, all the way up.)
It took till post #18 for someone to say this "• Shocks Rear Aligned Equally"
He says the bike wobbles but he can release the bars and it tracks straight, meaning it's not tank slapping. So it's not a front end wobble. I've dealt with both wobbles from front and rear. The rear is misaligned shocks, either a lowering kit not adjusted equally or spring pre-load not the same, slight bumps in or dips in the pavement will send that rear end shimmying down the road.
That's what I'd check asap.
