I am loving that color on the tins man! Good work. I look forward to the finished product. LedSled Customs has some decent options if you are going for the solid mount fender. You can give them your wheel measurements as well and they will send you something to fit. I think it was right around $150 for a bare fender. Not bad really.
Thanks guys. I appreciate it! I know this hasn't been an informative thread lol I'm horrible at documenting.
HDKyle, I have Jaybrake controls bored to 1 1/4". I used Russel Pro System 2 line n fittings. Awesome stuff man. Can't give an opinion on brake feel bc I found out I have a stuck piston in my front caliper (stocker.) So I'll be rebuilding that. The line is a 3/16" nylon/plastic line that is pretty tough, flexible n u don't realize how small it is until u lay hands on it. A kool thing to note is that I used a map gas torch to lightly heat it to shape an S shape where it entered the bars. The fitting is a one off lol sort of. I bought a 90 from Russel along with the line n straight fitting for the caliper. They use small brass ferruls to compress. The 90 I bought had 2 different threads types/sizes so I had a friend thread it to match on the other side-perfect. They don't make that fitting with the same threads on both ends. The line isn't in a bind in any way since the Exile bars are pretty smooth bends. I just mounted my brake setup with the fitting n marked n drilled the hole. Popped a grommet in it after I filed the hole n ran the line. Pretty simple for a long *** reply lmao!
Bike is looking damn good. I dig the paint color with all the black.
Thanks man. I got the color mixed based on having decided to use brass where I can but, not overkill. I thought the brown n brass would be wicked kool with all the black. I think the gold leaf will be rad when I get around to it further down the road.

haha appreciate the response long or not. My bars have pretty sharp bends so I doubt it would be a good option on mine. Nice touch though!
HDKyle...Thanks for the tip on the Ledsled fenders. Looks like that's what I'll be goin' with. I like that u can give measurements bc I run a 17" rear wheel. Thanks again

Sweet build you've got going!
I'm going with Exile High Bars myself (cut down to 14") with internal throttle, Grip Ace and the Jaybrake Master Cylinder bored 1 1/4" with Russell's internal brake line. Only thing I haven't settled on is how to do the brake light switch? How did you handle that issue?
Right on man, thank u. The Exile bars are top notch legit. Very pleased with the quality (actually the quality of everything they make.) Anyway, honestly man I didn't run a brake light switch bc I use the front n rear brakes at the same time no matter what anyway - habit I guess. So if I squeeze the front lever I've already got my foot on the rear pedal. So I didn't even bother. Mine is setup for the rear. Also, idk what grips u plan on using but Exile knurled grips are nice. I pretty much didn't change anything but the bars on the front, I already had the JB controls, Grip Ace n all that. I really like how clean it is. Hope u like it. Throw up some pics when u get it goin'
Thanks... yeah I use my front/rear brakes differently for different situations so I'm thinking I will need to address the brake light switch. I guess I'll discuss options with Russell.
One other question what risers did you go with? I'm looking for ones as low as possible and yours look really low.
