Leather Pros saddlebag question
I splurged and bought a set for my FB. Question I have is one bracket(left rear) is slightly bent this doesn't allows the locking mechanism to fully seat 100% and the handle goes further down than the right side saddlebag when it does lock.
Instructions say the bar should be close to 1st D-Ring,until it breaks in,then it will move closer to the 2nd D-Ring. Right now I'm already right at the 2nd,just wondering if other people's bags had the same issue?

Emailed him some pics,and tried to call. Left a message with one of his employees,but no call yet. Also does one bag fit closer to the fender than the other? One bag is 2" the other is well over 1/2" further away

No, mine are equal on each side. The ones on my old fxdl were equal as well. I remember when i was going to purchase the bags i have now for the deluxe, he didnt return my email with some questions i had. It turned out it didnt make it to him. Keep calling because he has always been spot on to me.
