2011 cross bones fuse panel
Removed my one up quick release seat today to check a few fuses only to my surprise to fine there wasn't a fuse panel under the seat aft of the battery, nor forward of the battery.
Any ideas as to where the fuse panel could be located. I'm the second owner and nothing odd about the cycle at all except for the one up quick release seat.
I looked everywhere I could using a flashlight and a drop light, to no evail.

You don't have an owners manual?
This link was first hit on a Google search.
No mess, no fuss, simple download.
https://ownersmanuals2.com/harley-da...s-manual-66671
Another link. HD provide owners manuals, once you register, etc.
https://www.harley-davidson.com/cont...rs-manual.html
This is from the 1st link.
Page 119 of the pdf shows the three fuses, page 120 shows the location.
Image from manual. Hope this helps.

Interesting.
Did you figure it out?
I didn't think the bikes changed that much from 08 to 11. One thing to remember; the fuse box has a plastic cover over it so it may not be obvious that it's what you are looking at. On my 08 it is behind the battery. I don't have a better picture but you can see it in the photo below. The battery is removed from the bike but if you can see it, there is a black box with orange writing on it at the back of the batter box. It has a clip that you squeeze to unlock the cover while you pull up to remove it.
