Default Your thoughts on the Sundowner

I just came across one for a good price and I'm not sure about how they feel. I realize everyone has their opinion but I thought I would stick this out to get a general idea.

I had one on my 2006 FX springer for a bit. I didn't like how it pushed me up and into the tank. I'm a larger guy though, so any seat other than a badlander or solo kinda does that, but not to that extreme. The sundowner had plenty of cushion and was comfortable other than the above mentioned. If you can, test fit it to the bike and sit on it before you buy...

Lowers an inch and pushes you forward an inch.
I have the Signature Series seat which does the same and I like it.

The dealer should have one for demo.

Big and comfortable. I found the extra width makes it feel higher though. Does seem to move you a little forward too.

I have one I use for longer trips on my Night Train ilo the factory badlander. I felt like mine moved me farther back. I dont like the looks but it sure is comfy on long rides. I bought mine used of of ebay for $125

I'm looking to get rid of mine. Too fat for my slim and my *** hurts after 60 miles. Looking for a Mustang bucket with studs. The stock seat looks better, but not much comfort there either. Anyone wanna trade a sundowner for a Mustang bucket?

Well, I bought it and the first thing that I noticed is.....I'm a lot lower to the ground. My wife is still deciding if she likes it or not.
