2016 Softail Slim S cable extensions???

Well hey there everyone. I'm putting on some mini ape's and will need the cable extensions but it doesn't look like anyone carries them. Has anyone had any success getting some? The ape's will only be 8" higher than normal and from the looks of it I wont be able to make that up by re-routing and of the cables. LA Choppers has the wiring extensions but not the cables.

Thanks Edders, I checked them out and they have quite a selection and you can purchase individual cables etc instead of having to but a whole kit like everywhere else.
