I recently installed a set of mini apes (14") and stainless cables, and am kinda stuck for what the best way to clamp and route them. I routed them the same way as the stock cables, but due to the taller bars and longer cables there is alot of room for them to move. Just looking for ideas, and maybe pics, of what you guys with apes did. My biggest complaint is the clutch cable, when I have the wheel in the full left position the cable rubs on the tank. Not that I do much riding like that.
Brad do a search on Apes and you can look at the different way cables are routed. What length over stock are your cables ? I know for the 18" apes I used +8" cables.

Look forward to any advice and pics if possible.

Brad...you never mentioned if you bought extended cables or not...did you? Here's a front pic of my bike...I'm not posting it in this post because it's quite big....hope this helps.
Sorry, yes I did buy extended cables, not really sure what length. I like how you routed them, but it looks like the clutch cable is routed through the triple trees? I have a fatboy, so that won't quite work. I do like how you routed the brake and throttle cables though. You wouldn't have any close up pics of the throttle and brake line routing would you? if not, that's ok. Just looking for ideas. Thanks for your pic though.
Sorry...that's about as close as I've got. It sounds like to me that your cables are too short, man. If they are super tight when you turn left and right, they are too tight.
I don't think they are too tight, there is quite abit of cable length left. I think it's just how they are routed. Maybe I just need some clamps for the clutch to the frame. I can turn the wheel both ways and still have some slack.
