A twin cam engine will not fit into an Evo frame without some type of adapters or modifications. The reason I say that is because anything is possible with enough modifications. Is it a B engine?
I am assuming the 103 you speak of is a twin cam and not an Evo style from S&S or some other company.
With the dwindling prices of bikes, especially twin cams these days, unless it is almost free it is probably not worth it since a whole bike can be had for not much more than what most people want to sell an engine for.

Can be done, but why? getting all the electronics to work on the new motor will be equally as hard as just getting it in there in the first place. Like the previous post said, just go out and buy one with the bigger engine.
