+1....... I did exactly this. Long Ride Shields with the recurve work awesome. I bought the 18" but 16" would have been better I think.

+1 on the LRS. Got the medium tint. I like the look and the protection. LRS has some great deals. Got mine for about a $100 shipped.

Not sure if they would work with apes...Thats why I don't have apes yet

I've seen the Bullet Shade with Todd's 10" or 12" Strip bars and it looks good. I have Carlini 14's and can honestly say I don't think it would look anywhere near as good. Todds bars are quite a bit narrower and not as high.

No I don't but I just googled images of "bullet fairing with apes" and the pics popped up. They will link back to a thread on this forum. Todds Cycles strip bars look the best with the bullet fairing imo.
