Here is the report guys. First I have to admit, I am a dumb a$$, the bushings were there all along. I owe Bassani an apology. I am very pleased with the pipe except for the tip, which I will change. It looks good, is higher off the ground, runs about the same, and sounds so much better. I do however think the D&D is a better quality pipe, but it cost more too. I only have one pic at the moment but will do more later....
What model number did you buy? I am looking at the 12111J. The header pipes on that model look to be straight in line with the muffler. Yours look like they have a ever so slight bend in them that is why I am asking.
The pipes look good on your bike. Let us know how you like them after you put some miles on them if you would?
D&D is a great pipe for performance, looks and sound. It definitely is one of the more cleaner looking pipes I've seen. Fits very nicely with the lines of my night train too. The sound for the fatcat is more of a barky, snarly sound than a thundering loud pipe like most people like. Only downfall to me is how low it is, and how I ride, I'm trashing the bottom of the muffler the best I can lol

That all depends. I have a D&D fat cat on a 2013 CVO road glide and it is the most awesome sound you have ever heard. I had the exact same pipe(same baffle) on my 2012 Heritage and it was the lamest sound I have ever heard. I like the pipe but I just couldn'y live with the crappy sound.

Well you convinced me, they look great on your bike . I got mine ordered today.
Looks great on your bike elky. I'm actually just about to buy that pipe as well. I think the chrome end cap looks better than the black with the chrome pipes. Sound is deeper than the d&d I assume? How is the lower end torque in comparison to the d&d, by seat of the pants feel?

Yes I am getting a different end cap. It feels about the same, haven't really rode with it that much yet. No noticeable difference so far...
