Then just find an Indy with the Digital Technician II and have them do the work instead of the dealer.

Yes, I did the password learn procedure and paid the local dealership $45 to assign the two FOB's.

The 2016 does not have a TSSM they have a BCM. So they can not be program. I towed it to the dealer charged me $52.00 to program BCM and Key Fobs.
