Hi, I'm getting a new exhaust, Bassani true duals 2006 softail.
Went to shop and was quoted.
$400 Power Commander ( Daytona Twin Tec II I have wont do)
$350 one cylinder tune
$ 500 full tune.
Southern CA,
Seems a lot high
Anyone have thoughts
Sounds about right on the dyno, but I think mine was 300 at AV Harley but that was a year ago so don't quote me, skip the stage one get a fuel pak fp3 and tune it yourself....
My tuner charges $300 for a custom tune if you already have the tuner (Direct Link, TTS, Power Vision or S.E. Race Tuner), $350 for a break-in and tune on fresh rebuilds. I have never heard of a 'one cylinder tune', and have not found or heard of a HD dealer that I would trust or let tune my bike!
