Default Springer parts availability sources?

I'm curious if a list of sources for springer parts exist and where.
I haven't had much luck with google.....
Currently waiting on a factory front brake bracket for over a month to be replaced by the esp ..... so i haven't truly looked aftermarket.

It's got me wondering if good sources for parts exist aftermarket wise.

Thanks for any help.

I would start with http://www.paughco.com

They specialize in the older & discontinued Harley's.

Here is a good place to look up OEM part numbers

http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche.....asp?make=hdmc

Take that and put into google, Surdyke's search engine, eBay or whatever or take the part number to the local dealer

Some of us ride bikes that are older than some members of this forum and manage to keep them going just fine.

H-D has narrow and wide springer forks available but only for existing equipped models and not for conversion. I ordered a replacement and got everything. The fork, axle, spacers, disc, rotor, brackets and even the fender light. The dealer must order identifying the vin of the bike that it is a replacement for.

But by the time the last model is 7 years out of production they will make them obsolete as H-D has always done.

V-Twin mfg has picked up the HD patent on many obsolete springer items.

The link to Ronnies that Prot gave you is the best source out there right now. If you have the H-D part number just Google it and if anyone has one around the world it will come up.
